Canon: List the character’s canon. If the character is an original, please list it as “original canon”; if you have a name for said original canon, feel free to list that as well. If you are applying for a CRAU, list the game you are pulling from.
Canon Point: What point in time are you pulling your character from? Be as specific as possible. Answering this with the episode number, chapter number, post-”novel”, etcetera is also fine.

Background: Feel free to link a website (i.e: Wikipedia or TV Tropes page) here, as long as the history is sufficient; if your character does not have a proper or incomplete page, you are also allowed to write supplementary information to your linked background page as necessary. If you are playing an original character, please write out your character’s background. Bullet points are acceptable as well. What we are looking for are moments that define your character and can help describe your character’s personality.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Given that this is an invite only game, we've decided to simplify the application a little more--instead of a personality section, we'd like to hear about a character's strengths and weaknesses, whether they be physical, mental or emotional. Please at least list at minimum four strengths and four weaknesses for each--this section will be used to help us craft future events.
Abilities: Abilities, whether magical or otherwise are listed here. Please list and explain what each ability does in full detail. Abilities may be nerfed upon arrival; it will be stated in the character’s acceptance form what abilities will be nerfed and how they will be nerfed.
